About Bandly

Bandly is a web application for band managers and musicians. Band managers use Bandly to manage events and gigs, schedule and assign musicians, send digital contracts, collect details from clients, and keep their team informed — all in one place.

With the user's explicit consent, Bandly connects to Google Calendar to create, update and delete the calendar entries of the gigs it manages for them, and, only when that check is on, to see busy times (start and end only), so it does not book them when they are already taken. Band managers can connect Google Contacts to add new audience sign-ups as contacts (add-only; Bandly never deletes or overwrites existing contacts). Musicians who choose it can also connect Google Sheets, so Bandly appends their income rows to a spreadsheet they name. Access is granted through Google OAuth and can be revoked at any time from the app's settings.
